Process of Construction

Pre-design stage

1. Project briefing and setting targets for the working scope and client needs.

2. Understand the project status, scope of design and budget analysis.

3. Site survey and facility investigation.

4. Provide mutual agreement design scheme and so on.

Design Development stage

1. Arrange on-site measurements and provide design recommendations.

2. Start the design drawing including the floor plan, ceiling plan and elevation.

3. Make a reasonable quotation according to project design.

4. After mutual discussion and get the client’s approval, sign the contract and so on.

Pre-construction stage

Assist clients handle the relevant documents, work permit, insurance and related works before commencing work. Select and submit all relevant material samples and documents for client’s approval and so on.

Construction stage

Commence the works on site and monitor overall project phases, inspect materials and workmanship for ensuring conformance with client’s requirements. Then, carry out inspection with client and issuance of defects list and so on.

Post-construction stage

Finally, check the rectification and accept the work. If no dissent exists, occupation right will be given.
